  • I offer individual and couples therapy tailored to meet your needs—whether you're just getting started or continuing a self-growth journey. My goal is to help you find your confidence and gently untangle your mind.

  • Yes, I offer both in-person sessions from my office in Trappe, PA and telehealth (virtual) sessions. If you choose to meet virtually, I will provide you with a secure link to use for our session.

  • 15-Minute Initial Phone Consultation: Free

    60-Minute Initial Evaluation: $175

    45-Minute Individual Therapy Session: $125

    60-Minute Individual Therapy Session: $150

    I hold a limited amount of sliding scale openings. If you want more details, I encourage you to reach out on the contact page.

  • All payments must be paid upfront. I will provide you with a receipt of services or super bill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. I recommend calling your insurance company directly to confirm your out-of-network coverage, including information about your deductible and out-of-pocket max.

  • I require 24 hours notice for all cancellations and rescheduling. If not, you will be charged $100; this includes if you were to no-show the session.
